Chih-Ting L. is the Founder and Principal of EELO Solutions since 2011, where they focus on strategizing and delivering high-quality solutions for the industrial sector to improve environment, social, and governance (ESG) performance. They lead or support implementation, monitoring, and tracking processes while maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.

In addition to their role at EELO Solutions, Chih-Ting L. holds various non-executive director positions. They are a Non Executive Director at Sherritt International Corporation since 2022, Minviro since 2022, and Sustainable Development Technology Canada - Technologies du Développement Durable Canada since 2022.

Chih-Ting L. also serves as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at the Metro Vancouver Zero Emissions Innovation Centre since 2021. They contribute to catalyzing and scaling climate action within the region related to green buildings, renewable energy, and transportation.

They also advised the CFO on strategic energy initiatives and existing program compliance at Barrick Hemlo Mine. From 2012 to 2016, Chih-Ting L. developed and implemented an energy management program aligned with ISO50001.

Chih-Ting L. is also a Firehood Angel at The Firehood, providing support in that capacity.

Chih-Ting L. completed the Directors Education Program (DEP-100) at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management from 2022 to 2023. Additionally, they hold a Master's of Science (Eng) in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Hydrogen storage from Queen's University, a BASc in Chemical Engineering from The University of British Columbia, and have completed high school. Chih-Ting L. also has certifications as a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) from the Association of Energy Engineers, a LEED AP from the Canada Green Building Council - CaGBC, and is a P.Eng certified by Engineers and Geoscientists BC.
