Vito Albanese has extensive experience in technical operations and customer support, currently serving as Head of Technical Operations and Tech Support Area Manager at MioDottore since June 2017, overseeing Support, IT, Visibility, and Data Migration teams. Prior to this, Vito held multiple roles at Teleperformance from April 2015 to June 2017, including Support & Integration Specialist and Microsoft Technical Support Representative (II level), focusing on system maintenance and virus removal. Earlier experience includes working as a Technical Support Representative (I level) and Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance Portugal from November 2012 to April 2014, managing a client portfolio for a prominent UK bank within the credit card sector and handling customer complaints and loss prevention operations.
