Jeremy Hardy currently serves as a retired professional, previously co-owning Mioposto Pizzerias and Seattle Certified Pizza since March 2006. Mioposto Pizzerias operates multiple locations in Seattle and Mercer Island, where the focus is on high-quality ingredients, including domestic tomatoes and olive oil, as well as hand-stretched dough. Prior to their work at Mioposto, Jeremy Hardy was involved in the sale of Coastal Kitchen after 24 years in the industry. Jeremy’s educational background includes studies at Nasson College and Northeastern University from 1976 to 1979.
