Tayla Hayes has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tayla started their career at Aesop in 2017 as a Retail Consultant, where they worked until 2019. Tayla then joined Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) Australia as a Sales Coordinator from January 2019 to November 2019, before being promoted to Sales Executive from November 2019 to June 2021. Currently, they are working at MiQ as a Client Services Executive since June 2021 and recently transitioned to the role of Account Manager in October 2021. Tayla's experience includes retail, sales, and client services.

Tayla Hayes completed their high school education at All Hallows' School, from 2008 to 2012. Tayla then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Entertainment Industries at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2014 to 2017.
