Debajyoti Adhya's work experience begins in 2011 at Danieli, where they served as a Senior Software Engineer responsible for software engineering for manufacturing plants and creating documentation for quality assurance and operation manuals. In 2017, they joined Tata Consultancy Services as a Senior Scrum Master, working with clients such as Royal Bank of Canada, Transamerica Insurance, and Johnson & Johnson Healthcare. Their responsibilities included PI planning, team backlog management, project charter preparation, and release planning.
In 2022, Adhya joined Scotiabank as a Project Manager, leading a Pega PRPC migration project to upgrade the CRM platform. Finally, in 2023, they joined MIR Digital Solutions as a Program Manager, working with WoodGreen Community Services to upgrade their CRM application on the Microsoft Cloud Platform. Adhya's responsibilities included planning and executing the project in Microsoft Azure.
Debajyoti Adhya completed their B.Sc (Honours) in Physics from the University of Calcutta from 2004 to 2007. Debajyoti then pursued a B.Tech degree in Instrumentation and Electronics from Jadavpur University from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Debajyoti Adhya has obtained several certifications in various fields such as Agile Coaching, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architecture, Kanban Foundation, DevOps, Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, and Project Management. These certifications were obtained between 2019 and 2023.
