RC Garthe

RC Garthe has a diverse professional background with experience in various roles and industries. They started their career at Monsanto in 1995, where they worked as an Analyst, completing IT projects and handling tasks such as business analysis, web development, and end-user training. During this time, they also converted and validated database content for web applications and administered the SAP R/3 system.

In 2000, RC Garthe joined AT&T as a Sr. Web Analyst, where they developed, tested, and supported multiple web applications using tools like Cold Fusion, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. They were responsible for gathering business requirements, documenting technical specifications, and creating user guides.

After three months at NetEffects as a Web Developer in 2000, they joined Saint Louis University in 2009 as a Web Administrator, contributing to the development and support of the university's digital infrastructure and content. They worked on various websites including SLU.EDU and SLUCARE.EDU, as well as micro sites.

In 2017, RC Garthe joined EFC International as an IT Project Manager, where they created and managed project plans, facilitated communication between business users and the IT department, and documented requirements for website modifications.

They then worked at Bayer as a Sr. Business Architect in 2018, defining strategies and roadmaps for digital marketing capabilities across North America. They collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to design and activate digital marketing experiences.

In 2020, RC Garthe joined Task Source as a Business Analyst II, conducting research, developing process improvement tools, and recommending software solutions. They also performed data analysis and gathered unique performance metrics from loan servicing systems.

Most recently, in 2021, RC Garthe joined Mira Commerce as an Ecommerce Project Manager. As part of their role, they oversee and manage various ecommerce projects.

Throughout their career, RC Garthe has demonstrated a strong skill set in web development, project management, business analysis, and digital marketing.

RC Garthe obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Huntingdon College, where they attended from 1986 to 1989. Prior to that, from 1984 to 1985, RC Garthe completed an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from LBW Community College. In 1989, RC Garthe also obtained a Certificate of Theology and Ministry from The Monastery at Universal Life Church. Additionally, in 1989, RC Garthe obtained a Radiotelephone Operator Permit certification from the Federal Communications Commission.
