Kathleen Shackelton

Kathleen Shackelton has over 17 years of experience in customer care and office management. Currently serving as a Customer Care Training Specialist at Mirabito Energy Products since November 2006, Kathleen has developed expertise in training and customer service. Prior to this role, Kathleen worked as an Office Manager at JMB TV from September 2004 to June 2006. Educationally, Kathleen attended Rome Free Academy from 1975 to 1977 and pursued studies in sports careers from 1977 to 1979.
