Jeff Oates

Jeff Oates has extensive experience in laboratory operations, currently serving as Lab Aide III at Miraca Life Sciences since April 2016, following a promotion from Specimen Processing Specialist III. Prior responsibilities included specimen processing, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures. Oates has demonstrated leadership by assisting in employee training and mentoring, as well as participating in interview processes. Previous experience includes part-time roles at UPS as a Package Sorter, where physical and logistical skills were utilized, and as an Evening Manager at Pet Supplies Plus, with responsibilities in inventory management and employee supervision. Oates completed secondary education at Burlington High School and engaged in further studies in Emergency Medical Technician preparation at Northeastern University.
