Katherine Dishner started their work experience in 2012 as a Youth Development Professional at the Boys and Girls Club of America, where they worked until 2014. In 2014, they joined Miracle-Ear, Inc. as a Hearing Care Professional.

Katherine Dishner completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, General from Radford University. Katherine attended the university from 2010 to 2014.
