Fred Brown

Fred Brown has over four decades of experience in retail management and operations. Currently serving as the Thrift Operations Area Manager at Miracle Hill Ministries since November 2014, Fred previously held significant positions at BELK, including Senior Buyer, Divisional Merchandise Manager, and Sales Manager from August 1981 to November 2014. Earlier in Fred's career, experience as a Senior Merchandise Manager at JCPenney from August 1975 to August 1981 contributed to extensive expertise in merchandise management and sales. Fred holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from the United States International University, completed in 1975, and graduated with a diploma from Castle Park High School in 1971.
