Colette Lay

Colette Lay has been working in the customer service and fashion industry for over six years. Colette started out as a substitute teacher at Kids' Country, before moving on to become an Associate Partner and Style Consultant at J Hilburn. In their current role as Chief of Staff at Miracle Messages, Colette is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring that all of the staff are providing exceptional customer service.
