Russell Hoss

Russell Hoss has a diverse and extensive work experience in the finance industry. Russell is currently the Director of Equity Research at Miracle Mile Advisors, a position they started in September 2023. Prior to this, Russell worked at Champlain Investment Partners, LLC where they held multiple roles, including Portfolio Manager & Partner from January 2018 to December 2022, and Senior Associate Portfolio Manager from July 2015 to December 2022. In these roles, they managed Champlain's Emerging Markets strategy and conducted fundamental and financial analysis. Before joining Champlain, Russell founded New Sheridan Advisors in 2009 and served as the Portfolio Manager until June 2015. Russell also worked as an Analyst at Alder Capital LLP from November 2007 to December 2008 and as a Partner of Research at ROTH Capital Partners from October 2002 to October 2007. Russell's career started in the United States Air Force, where they worked as a Cost Analyst from September 1997 to May 2002.

Russell Hoss obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Factors Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy in 1997. Russell later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Loyola Marymount University, College of Business Administration, graduating in 2002. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute.
