Jennifer Totman

The Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), Jennifer Totman, is a highly accomplished business development professional and PMP who studied Project Management at George Washington University and has served as an executive at global government consulting firms. With over 25 years of industry experience, Ms. Totman is a leader in the field of government contracts and is considered an expert on Department of Homeland Security (DHS) missions, operations, and business processes. A pivotal member of the Miracle Systems Executive Leadership team, she implements the company’s strategic vision and provides cogent guidance to the business development team, the program managers across the federal contracts, and the Program Management Office (PMO) – and works closely with the CTO and technical leads on the signature solutions. Her portfolio includes capture management; contract vehicle expansion; Department of Defense (DoD) contracts; contract budgets and staff resources; proposal management; teaming partner negotiations, relationships, and oversight; client communications – and client satisfaction.
