Toon Molenaers

Toon Molenaers has worked in various roles in the field of tax management and consulting. Toon started their career at EY as a tax consultant from September 2010 to July 2012, and then transitioned to the role of an International Tax Advisor from July 2012 to May 2015. Toon subsequently joined PwC as an International Tax Manager in the Private Equity division from June 2015 to August 2017. After that, Toon worked at NSO Group as the Group Tax Manager/Controller from September 2017 to August 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Global Tax Director at Miraclon Corporation, starting from August 2019.

Toon Molenaers has a solid educational background. Toon completed their Post Graduate degree in Corporate Finance from KU Leuven in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Tax Law/Taxation from KU Leuven in 2012. Toon also pursued an LL.M. degree in International Corporate & Tax law from Duke University School of Law from 2009 to 2010. Toon Molenaers began their academic journey with a Bachelor's degree in Law from KU Leuven and went on to complete their Master's degree in Law, specializing in Company & Tax law, from the same institution in 2009. Lastly, Toon Molenaers completed their secondary education at Onze-Lieve-Vrouwe College Tongeren, where they focused on Latijn-Wiskunde from 1998 to 2004.
