Donald Williamson

Donald Williamson is currently a Technology Services Analyst at MiraCosta College. Donald has previous experience as a Help Desk technician, System Deployment Specialist using SCCM, and Inventory Specialist. Donald also has experience as an independent consultant. Prior to that, they were a Staging Tech Specialist at Global Resources. Their longest previous position was at the University of Redlands where they were a Senior PC Specialist. In that role, they provided supervision and direction to computer lab coordinators and student lab assistants. Donald also coordinated schedules, provided answers to user inquiries, instructed users in equipment and software use, and diagnosed system problems. In addition, they ensured that all equipment and software were in good working order and replaced any defective or outdated packages. Donald also loaded specified software packages into computers, maintained hardware and software inventory, and provided backup to the university's help desk function.
