Malcolm Dorson

Malcolm Dorson currently serves as Senior Vice President and Head of the Active Investment Team, as well as Senior Emerging Markets Portfolio Manager at Global X ETFs since May 2023. Previously, Malcolm held several roles at Mirae Asset Global Investments from 2015, including Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of Emerging Markets Strategy. Prior experience includes positions at Ashmore as an Investment Analyst for Latin America Equities, Citigroup as Assistant Vice President in the Private Bank, and Deutsche Bank as an Analyst in Convertible Bonds. Malcolm holds an MBA in Finance and an MA in International Studies from The Wharton School and The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, respectively, along with a BA in History, Latin American Studies, and Spanish from the University of Pennsylvania. Early education includes attendance at Deerfield Academy, Saint David's School, and Graded - The American School of São Paulo.
