Tathagata Bhattacharyya

Tathagata Bhattacharyya currently serves as Vice President of Engineering & Business - Software at Mirafra Technologies since October 2025, focusing on the growth of the software business. Prior to this role, Tathagata was the Director at GOODIX Technology INC. from February 2020 to February 2025, overseeing operations in India. Tathagata also held the position of Director - Software at NXP Semiconductors from August 2004 to February 2020, where responsibilities included managing R&D activities for the Mobile Audio Solution Product Line and facilitating software collaboration across business lines. Tathagata began a career at Motorola as a Tech Lead from June 2000 to July 2004, leading a team in the design and development of audio/video parsers for mobile devices. Earlier experience includes an Assistant Executive Engineer role at ITI Ltd. from December 1996 to June 2000, focusing on software development for microcontroller-based projects. Tathagata holds an Executive General Management Program degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur.
