Richard has managed the delivery of luxury apartment buildings, hotel staff accommodation complexes, and large-scale residential and commercial complexes. Additionally, Richard has experience in business development, marketing, temporary works design engineering, and site engineering. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Surrey.
