Kenneth L. Groth

Mr. Groth joined the company in 1992 as CFO and in October 2000 was appointed to the Mirage Board of Directors and to his current position. Prior to joining Mirage, his career included positions at American Quality Manufacturing Inc., Morpheus Lights Inc., EPRO Corporation, Recyclene Products Inc., Rowe Manufacturing and Frantz Manufacturing.
