Kailash transitioned to managerial roles at Snapdeal, Jaypore, VAJOR, and Farida Gupta, showcasing their expertise in operations and supply chain management. Currently, they serve as the Head of Operations at MIRAGGIO while pursuing education at Punjabi University.
