Vidhi Plourde is a seasoned operations and IT leader with extensive experience in the technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Operations and formerly Director of IT & Compliance at Mirah since September 2021, Vidhi has previously held key roles at Enel X, where responsibilities included Senior Manager of Business Applications and Manager of IT Applications, and EnerNOC as a Senior Salesforce.com Business Systems Analyst. Vidhi’s tenure at EMC spanned several roles, including Senior Salesforce.com Business Consultant and System Administrator, focusing on Salesforce Cloud implementations and user acceptance testing.
