Noelia Redondo Palero

Noelia Redondo Palero is an HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and flexible compensation consulting. Currently serving as an HR specialist at Mirai Advisory since March 2022, Noelia previously worked at Optimiza tu Nómina S.L. as a flexible compensation consultant, where responsibilities included the implementation, management, and administration of flexible compensation plans and support for major clients.
