Noelia Redondo Palero is an HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and flexible compensation consulting. Currently serving as an HR specialist at Mirai Advisory since March 2022, Noelia previously worked at Optimiza tu Nómina S.L. as a flexible compensation consultant, where responsibilities included the implementation, management, and administration of flexible compensation plans and support for major clients. From 2007 to 2017, Noelia held the position of personnel technician and HR at Grupo Inmobiliario Nozar, overseeing monthly payroll processes and managing employee onboarding and social security procedures. Earlier, Noelia gained experience as a personnel technician at Asesoría Pelegrina Villar from 2002 to 2007, focusing on employment contracts and modifications. Noelia holds a degree in Labor Relations from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and has pursued further specialization in labor law and data protection.

Mirai Advisory is a niche consulting company focused mainly on balance sheet management -ALM, Liquidity, FTP, Capital, etc.- We have been designing and developing End-to-End solutions throughout the world for several years with great success. In 2016 we decided to go one step forward in our areas of expertise and decided to develop a new generation tool. Our goal was to take full advantage of current technologies in a way that would really create a big step in ALM. MAT is based on the experience of the real world, in what our clients and ourselves have wanted or dreamed, and does not come only from a laboratory.
