Emma Crabtree

Emma Crabtree is the Founder and Director of Mirai Talent, established in April 2020, focusing on advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the technology and data sectors. Emma also hosts and directs the "Let's Talk Data Podcast," which began in January 2024, offering insights into the impact of data on life and business. As a Co-Founder of Emma does data., launched in February 2024, Emma aims to empower women in the data industry. Prior roles include Recruitment Manager and Head of IT Recruitment Division at D R Newitt Recruitment, along with experience as a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant and IT Recruitment Consultant at Senitor Associates. Emma's career began in education, teaching English at various institutions from 2011 to 2016. Emma holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in International and Business Marketing from The Manchester Metropolitan University, completed in 2010.
