Lauren Smith

Lauren Smith is a seasoned marketing operations professional with over 17 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing Operations at Mirakl since March 2021, Lauren previously held various roles at Limelight Networks, including Director of Marketing Operations and Senior Manager of Marketing Operations, from April 2013 to March 2021. Prior experience includes positions at PTC as a Marketing Automation Specialist and at Cal-Tek Co. Inc. as an Accounts Manager, as well as earlier roles in data analysis and marketing communications. Lauren holds a degree in Communications with a focus on Advertising from Endicott College, earned between 2002 and 2006, and graduated from Westborough High School in 2002.
