Rafael Coelho

Rafael Coelho is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solution engineering and e-commerce management. Currently serving as Manager of Solution Engineering at Mirakl since January 2021, Rafael is recognized as the first Solution Engineer in LATAM and actively engages with the TMFORUM to introduce Mirakl to the telecommunications industry. Previous roles include Professor of Digital Marketing and E-Commerce at ESE Sebrae-SP, Commerce Solution Engineer at Salesforce, E-Commerce Manager at Shoulder, Partner Solution Consultant and Sales Account Executive at VTEX, and Ecommerce Sales Consultant at Oracle. Rafael also has a solid academic background with an Executive MBA in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, complemented by a Certificate in Marketing Management.
