Lucy C. has an extensive work experience in marketing and branding roles. Lucy is currently the Director of Group Marketing and Corporate Communications at Miramar Group, where they spearhead marketing functions and drives the development of marketing plans and promotion activities. Prior to this, they were the Sales and Marketing Director at Dairy Farm Group, where they led the marketing team and successfully drove strong sales and sustainable growth through regional campaigns and brand strategies. Lucy has also held leadership positions at HK01, Café de Coral Holdings Limited, Lei Garden Restaurant Group, Tysan Food Service Limited, Mondelēz International, Hong Kong Maxim's Group, and Vitasoy International Holdings Limited. Throughout their career, Lucy has demonstrated expertise in branding, marketing, event management, digital marketing, and customer loyalty.

Lucy C. attended The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from 1997 to 2000. Lucy obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in the field of Business during their time at the university. Additionally, in June 2021, Lucy C. completed the WSET Level 3 Award in Sake (Merit) from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET).
