Mandy Cheng

Mandy Cheng currently holds the position of Group Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Miramar Group since May 2023. Prior to this role, Mandy served as the Hygiene Manager at The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong from August 2022 to May 2023. Experience also includes a tenure as Food Safety Manager at Intertek from October 2015 to August 2022 and at Ecolab from 2011 to 2015. Earlier, Mandy worked as a Hygiene Manager and Hygiene Officer at Sheraton between 2006 and 2011, and as a QA Officer at Fresh-cut Produces Ltd from 2005 to 2006. Mandy began a career in the food industry as an Assistant Catering Coordinator at Cathay Pacific Catering Services (H.K.) Ltd. in 2004. Academically, Mandy Cheng earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from University College Dublin, having also attended Good Hope School and IVE (Chai Wan) for earlier education.
