Cynthia Miller

Cynthia Miller, MBA, MS, RHIA, CCS, CCDS is Vice President of Coding and Client Services for MiraMed Global Services. Ms. Miller oversees the operational responsibilities for various clients, including physician groups and hospitals/facilities, as well working as a liaison with clients, project managers, offshore project leaders and offshore operations directors and managers on behalf of the organization. Ms. Miller has expertise in developing, implementing, and administering data-driven performance management solutions leveraged for improving financial, coding and quality outcomes. She is a strong leader focused on creating a collaborative team environment to maximize opportunity through performance optimization. An accomplished and diverse healthcare administration professional with 15+ years of experience in facility and physician healthcare leadership, business intelligence, administration, analytics, net revenue accounting and maximization, revenue cycle operation and performance improvement, Miller has a Master of Business Administration degree, as well as a Master of Science degree in Data Analytics. Additionally, she is accredited as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), as well as a Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) by the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). She is also a Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) from the Association of Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialists (ACDIS).
