Ericka Goerlitz

Ericka Goerlitz has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Ericka worked as a Director of Human Resources at Miramont Behavioral Health, where they provided support in HR administration and conducted staff training. Prior to that, they were a HR Recruitment Manager at Community Living Alliance, where they developed and implemented recruitment best practices and supervised the recruitment team.
