Karen Totino is an experienced licensed real estate agent and entrepreneur with a strong foundation in occupational therapy, holding a Master's Degree from Russell Sage College. Since November 2018, Karen has been a licensed real estate agent at Monticello, emphasizing purpose, passion, and service in their work. At Miranda Real Estate Group, Karen has also served as a licensed realtor and salesperson since March 2017. As the owner of Green Conscience Home & Garden LLC, Karen promotes sustainable building materials and practices to create healthy living spaces. Additionally, Karen has a background in organic land management from their ownership of Green Conscience Organic Lawn Care from 2005 to 2008 and has been involved with the Professional Women in Building from 2010 to 2015.
