Robert Illing

Robert Illing is an experienced Product Manager currently leading the Product Management team at Mirantis, focusing on the Docker Enterprise acquisition and overseeing a portfolio that includes Kubernetes, Docker Container Runtime, and Container Registry. Prior to this role, Robert served as the Head of Technical Advisory for Innovation Labs at SHI International Corp., where a multidisciplinary technology team was established to collaborate with Venture Capital organizations and deliver innovative solutions. Robert's extensive background includes positions as an Account Executive at Arista Networks, Territory Sales Manager at ExaGrid, and various roles at SHI International Corp., CDW, AutoNation, Carnival Cruise Lines, Citrix, and Microsoft, accumulating a broad skill set in technology strategy, sales, infrastructure management, and cloud solutions. Robert holds a Product Management Certificate from Product School and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Economics from Kansas State University.
