Alex Rudoy

Alex Rudoy is an experienced Project Manager and Principal Genesys PS Consultant at Miratech, specializing in telephony and routing technologies with global consulting expertise in Genesys solutions. Alex has significant experience as a lead developer for IVR solutions and possesses expertise in various Genesys products, including SIP Server, eServices, and Quality Management. Previous roles include Senior DevOps Engineer at Hacken, Senior UAV Engineer at the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, and Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer at Genesys, where technical support was provided for multiple Genesys products. Alex began a career in IT as a System Administrator across several organizations, with a focus on system maintenance and technical support. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
