Alexey Kondratenko

Alexey Kondratenko is an experienced Service Delivery Manager at Miratech since August 2018, with a strong background in software development and IT engineering. Prior to this role, Alexey served as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Lindorff from November 2014 to July 2018, focusing on debt collection application maintenance, proactive monitoring, incident resolution, and automation. Earlier experiences include software development for Kyivstar's pre-paid billing system and engineering roles at Ukrainian Mobile Communications, Nadra Bank, and ANTONOV, where responsibilities ranged from network support to ATM administration. Alexey holds a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Systems from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
