Maria Dukhnenko

Maria Dukhnenko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and administration. Currently serving as the Staff Administration Director at Miratech since June 2021, Maria previously held the position of Head of HR Department at Vetropack Holding AG from November 2014 to February 2021, where key achievements included developing a full-cycle HR system, leading an ERP system implementation project, and establishing a talent acquisition system. Earlier, as Head of HR Department at Yioula Glassworks S.A. from July 2008 to November 2014, Maria successfully implemented HR systems from the ground up and developed educational programs while managing workforce reorganization without legal disputes. Maria holds an MBA from City Business School and two master’s degrees in English Language and Literature from Kyiv National Linguistics University and National Pedagogical University 'M.P. Drahomanov'.
