Olha Soroka

Olha Soroka is an IT Researcher with extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within the technology sector. Currently employed at Miratech since June 2020, Olha contributes to digital transformation projects for major enterprises by leveraging expertise in IT services and consulting. Previously, at Luxoft from October 2019 to May 2020, Olha managed the full recruitment cycle, focusing on sourcing IT specialists and coordinating various interview processes. Olha holds a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and Education, specializing in Japanese Language and Foreign Literature, as well as English, from Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Metropolitan University, completed in 2019.
