Dena Wilson Orzolek

Dena Wilson Orzolek has a strong background in the hospitality industry, primarily focusing on reservations and guest experiences. Dena worked at Miraval Resorts as the Area Director of Reservations Sales, where they oversaw operations and revenue goals for multiple properties. Prior to that, they were a Reservations Sales Manager at Miraval Arizona and Miraval Austin, leading teams in assisting guests with selecting packages and services. Before joining Miraval Resorts, Dena worked at Canyon Ranch, where they held various roles, including Program Advising Manager and Reservations Supervisor. Dena also has experience as a Career Services Advisor at The Bryman School of Arizona and as an Independent Executive Job Recruiter partnered with Spectra International. Dena has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and a commitment to providing high-quality service to guests.

Dena Wilson Orzolek completed their education with a strong focus on psychology and the liberal arts. In 1997, they attended Black Hawk College, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts by 1999. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Religion at the University of Iowa from 1998 to 2001. Recently, Dena Wilson Orzolek decided to further their education by enrolling in Capella University, where they are currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Dena is expected to complete this degree program in 2023.
