Kishia's experience spans various areas of hotel operations, giving their a well-rounded background in the industry.

Kishia Prawdzik, MSHRM, SHRM-CP, has a diverse education background in the field of human resources management and general interdisciplinary studies. Kishia obtained their Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Florida International University in 2021. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies, General from the same university, completing their undergraduate studies between 2016 and 2020.

Before attending Florida International University, Kishia completed an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Florida SouthWestern State College. Kishia attended this college from 2015 to 2016.
