Aprajita Tyagi

Aprajita Tyagi serves as a Senior Corporate Counsel at Miro since April 2025. Concurrently, Aprajita holds the position of Vice Chair for the ABA IP Women in IP committee, focusing on the latest developments in IP law, mentorship for law students, and organizing relevant events. Previously, Aprajita worked in various legal roles at Elastic from June 2021 to April 2025, including Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Counsel, and at SpeedLegal as Head of Legal, where responsibilities included legal compliance, contract negotiation, and team management. Additional experience includes consulting on data privacy at Evertio, editorial roles in data privacy with the California Lawyers Association, and leadership in Women in Tech Law at UC Berkeley. Aprajita's education encompasses an LLM in Technology and Business Laws from UC Berkeley, a Master's degree in Business Laws, and a Bachelor's degree in Law. Academic background also features a B.Sc. in Microbiology and a diploma in corporate laws. Aprajita has contributed significantly to enhancing legal processes and compliance frameworks throughout the career trajectory.
