Michele Pares

Michele Pares, SPHR, currently serves as the Head of Org Success and HR Business Partners at Miro since January 2024. Previously, Michele held the position of Global Head of HRBPs & HR Operations at Squarespace from November 2021 to December 2022, and served as Senior Director and Global HRBP Director at MongoDB between September 2019 and November 2021. Michele's earlier roles include Director of Strategic People Partner at Criteo, Manager of Business HR/HR Business Partner at Avanade, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at WellCare Health Plans. Prior experience also includes positions as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at CGI and HR Business Partner at PAREXEL. Michele is an alumna of Cornell University.
