Tihana Muftic

Tihana Muftic has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Tihana started their career with various HR roles in the Misc company from 2004 to 2012. Tihana then joined Starcom as an HR Manager from 2013 to 2016, where they later became a Senior HR Manager. In 2016, they moved to Publicis Media and worked as a Senior Talent (HR) Partner until 2018, after which they became a Talent (HR) Director until 2020. Currently, they are the Global Group People Director at the Miroma Group since 2020.

Tihana Muftic completed a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Macquarie University from 2000 to 2004. In 2011 to 2012, they pursued CIPD/MA/PgDip in Human Resources Management from London Metropolitan University. Tihana also studied Coaching for Performance at The Open University, completing it in 2019.
