Paul Auer has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Paul started their career as an Estimator at Weis Builders in 2004. In 2005, they joined Miron Construction Co., Inc. where they held multiple roles. Paul initially worked as a Project Manager, overseeing all aspects of projects from start to finish and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Paul then advanced to the position of Project Executive, where they provided guidance to project managers and ensured projects aligned with company policies. Paul later became the Vice President of Madison Operations, taking on full accountability for project planning, operations, and client satisfaction. Currently, they are the Executive Vice President of Project Management at Miron Construction, responsible for designing best practices, managing team performance, and ensuring goals are achieved within budgets and timelines.

Paul Auer completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Wisconsin School of Business from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 1999 to 2004. Additionally, they hold a LEED Accreditation from the US Green Building Council (USGBC), which they obtained in 2008.
