Marutheesh Krishnamurthy (Maru)

Marutheesh (Maru) Krishnamurthy has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Marutheesh (Maru) started their career as a Software Engineer Trainee at L&T Infotech in 1997. From 1998 to 2006, they worked at IT Solutions (later Caritor, Keane, and currently NTT DATA) in different positions, including Developer, Test Lead, Technical Lead, Project Manager, and Program Manager. In these roles, they contributed to application development and maintenance projects for various banking and financial services clients.

In 2007, Maru joined Mphasis, where they served as a Service Delivery Manager for Biotechnology Information Systems and later as a Program Manager for the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) project. Marutheesh (Maru) led large teams and successfully transformed the MMIS program from staff augmentation to managed services.

From 2012 to 2019, Maru worked at Wipro Limited, where they held the position of Account Delivery Head for Medicare Advantage Products and Services. In this role, they led a team responsible for supporting multiple Medicare Advantage Health Plans across the United States. Marutheesh (Maru) supervised product development, customer implementation, customer support, and account operations.

Currently, Maru works at Mirra Health Care as the Director of Strategy and Growth for Medicare Advantage Products and Services. Marutheesh (Maru) is responsible for driving the growth and development of these products and services.

Throughout their career, Maru has demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to manage large teams and complex projects. Marutheesh (Maru) has a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and driving strategic initiatives.

Marutheesh (Maru) Krishnamurthy completed their education in a chronological manner. Marutheesh (Maru) started with their elementary, middle, and high school education at Webster's School from 1981 to 1991. Following this, they attended Vijaya College from 1991 to 1993, where they obtained a Pre University degree with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology.

Continuing their educational journey, Maru pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from B. M. S. College of Engineering from 1993 to 1997. After completing their undergraduate studies, they enrolled in the SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research from 2006 to 2007, where they earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Information Systems.

In addition to their formal education, Maru has obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2005, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Following this, in 2010, they earned the ITIL V3 (Foundation) certification from the Office of Government Commerce. In 2018, Maru obtained the Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from Wipro Limited, and in 2019, they obtained the Professional certification from America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) Academy for Health Care Management.
