Natalie Medina Naeim is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Mirra Health Care since 2017, Natalie was the first employee tasked with launching the start-up Third Party Administrator, driving its growth into a multimillion-dollar business through strategic operational development and policy implementation. Prior to this, Natalie held the position of Director of Provider Network, Internal Operations & Process Improvement at Family Physicians Group, where operational transformations led to a successful sale to Humana. As an Implementation Manager at Citra Health Solutions, Natalie oversaw the implementation of a benefit management program, and as Director of Operations at Physicians United Plan, Natalie achieved exceptional performance accuracy across multiple departments. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Service Administration Management from the University of Phoenix.
