Danny Ratcliff

Danny Ratcliff began their work experience as a Motion Graphics/VFX Artist at Fluid NY in 2009 and later transitioned to work as a Senior Motion Graphics/VFX Artist at their own company, Danny Ratcliff Inc., in 2014. Danny then moved on to roles at Hearst, starting as Director of Motion Graphics in 2016, before taking on positions as Director of Post Production and Director of Post Production and Operations. Following their time at Hearst, Danny worked in various short-term consults at companies like Sotheby's and Accapella Pictures. In 2022, they became a Producer at Amazon, where they managed a significant increase in production output before joining Mirriad as the Vice President of Operations in 2023. At Mirriad, their responsibilities include overseeing all advertising operations and delivery, ensuring campaigns meet quality, cost, and timing targets, and focusing on future processes and scalability.

Danny Ratcliff completed their Bachelor of Arts in Film/Cinema/Video Studies at St Helens College from 1994 to 1996. In addition, they obtained certifications in Sprinklr Engagement Analyst Pro from Sprinklr in 2022 and Hearst Data University Data Fundamentals from Hearst Media Services in 2019.
