Katina Kontarakis has worked in various roles in the media and sales industry since 2008. Katina began their career as a National Media Buyer - Video at Horizon Media in 2008. In 2011, they moved to Discovery Inc. where they held two positions: Multichannel Account Executive, Ad Sales at Discovery Communications and Discovery Network Executive Ad Sales Planner - Video. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as Sales Director at WHOSAY and H Code. In 2019, they worked as Director of Media Sales & Branding Department at Abrams Artists Agency and Functional Nutritional Therapist Practitioner at healing katina. Currently, they are working as Sales Director at Mirror Digital.

Katina Kontarakis obtained their BA in Speech Communication and Rhetorical Studies from Hofstra University. Katina then became a Reiki Healer Practitioner through Connect Within. In 2019, they completed their Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner Certification from the Nutritional Therapy Association in the field of Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies, General.
