Abby Thompson is the Chief Operating Officer at Miruku, where Abby explores the future of food production via molecular farming. Prior to this, Abby served as an advisor and CEO at FoodHQ, a company that helps food and beverage companies develop innovative solutions. Abby also has experience as the Director of Riddet Innovation at Massey University and as a Food Innovation Manager at the Riddet Institute. With a background in food technology, including a PhD and a BTech (Hons) from Massey University, Abby has a wealth of experience in the food industry.
