Oded Shoseyov

Oded Shoseyov is a Professor at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Oded currently holds several key positions in various companies such as Wonder Veggies, Miruku, SavorEat, GeneNeer LTD, Seekwell Ltd, BioBetter™, PlantArcBio, and CollPlant. Oded is actively involved in the development of innovative products and technologies across a range of industries, including probiotic vegetables and fruits, plant-based foods, functional foods, CBD products, and biotechnology.
