Melinda Russell

Melinda Russell has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Melinda is currently serving as a Sr. Director of Quality Compliance at Mirum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Previously, they worked as a Principal at QRS Consulting starting in 2013. Prior to that, Melinda was a Quality Operations Manager at Johnson & Johnson from 2010 to 2012. Melinda also held positions as a GLP/GMP QA Consultant at their own company, Melinda Russell, from 2005 to 2010, and as a Quality Assurance Consultant at ANR Analytical Laboratory from 2007 to 2009. Melinda's career began at Johnson & Johnson, where they served as the Manager of Regulatory Compliance from 2002 to 2004, overseeing all aspects of regulatory inspection and audit management.

Melinda Russell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from California State University-Sacramento from 1987 to 1993. Melinda also obtained a Master's Degree in Regulatory Science from The Johns Hopkins University from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they are a Registered Quality Assurance Professional - GLP certified by the Society of Quality Assurance.
