Jena Lange

Jena Lange has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jena'smost recent position (starting in 2022) is Director of Operations at Mirus Bio LLC. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2022, they worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific in various roles, including as a Sr. Program Manager and Sr. Manager in the Cell Biology Global Operations department. Jena was responsible for managing cross-functional and multisite programs related to engineering, operations, and supply chain.

Before joining Thermo Fisher Scientific, Jena worked at Safran from 2014 to 2016 as a Program Manager, supporting Snecma with supplier rate readiness programs. At EDAC Technologies from 2013 to 2014, they served as a Project Manager and Engineer for GE90 & GEnx-1B Composite Flowpath Spacers. Prior to that, they worked at GE Aviation in roles such as Supervisor of Marine & Industrial Jet Engine Assembly and as part of the Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP).

Jena'swork experience also includes positions at Woodward, Inc. as an Engineering Technology Development Co-op, at Wisconsin Aviation, Inc. as a Customer Service Representative, and at Xcel Energy as a Youth Apprenticeship in Drafting/Design Engineering.

Throughout their career, Jena has demonstrated their expertise in operations management, program management, project leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Jena Lange obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Engineering Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Mechanics & Astronautics from the same university, spanning from 2006 to 2010. Jena also received professional, business, operations, and technical trainings at Career Education. Jena'shigh school education was completed at Eau Claire Memorial High School. Additionally, Jena has obtained certifications including Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in May 2015, and Six Sigma Green Belt in December 2010.
