Dez Wong

Dez Wong is an accomplished Development Manager with extensive experience in the property development sector. Currently at Mirvac since July 2021, Dez oversees the Green Square Apartments project, comprising approximately 270 units and 5,000 square meters of retail and commercial space. Prior to this role, Dez worked at TOGA, managing significant projects including an A-Grade commercial office tower, where responsibilities included design competitions, VPA negotiations, and development application preparations. At Crown Group Holdings, Dez managed mixed-use developments with a focus on planning, approvals, and budget management. Additional experience includes time at Lendlease, where Dez contributed to high-profile projects such as Barangaroo South, and earlier roles in data analysis and project coordination. Dez holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from the University of Technology Sydney.
